The Learning Tree (TLT) is a private accredited kindergarten center for young children, two to six years of age. It offers learning opportunities through age-appropriate activities conducted in a completely English-speaking atmosphere. We invite the Croatian and international communities of Zagreb to find out what makes our preschool program distinctively different. At TLT we help children to see the world as an invitation to learn, grow and live fully by seeing possibilities within their reach.
Our mission is to provide a cohesive and effective curriculum that meets the needs of each student, while honoring cultural diversity and individual learning styles. Hands-on engaged learning, innovative approaches, and increased parent/neighborhood involvement combine to create a dynamic climate of collaboration, respect, and challenge for every member of TLT. We will accomplish this mission one child and one family at a time.
Our vision is for TLT to become a school that ensures that every child attains the knowledge, skills, understanding, and motivation which constitute world-class levels of performance. The key word here is every.
